The time I there where no text books

Stupid Deakin site is down and I need to get onto DSO. Found out I have 2 ASSignments due on Wednesday, and I need the textbook for both, one not as much but it's meant to help a little. I went to go buy them on Friday and they where both sold out, and the one I needed more wasn't going to be in stock till the end of August, what good does that do me? Went to the library hoping they would have it and they where all borrowed out. They woman at Unitext said I can order them, and one would only be in if I ordered, I told her I didn't see the point because we needed it for next week's piratical and I have no idea if I'll need it after that. Last time I brought a book we only used in the first week but I didn't have it that week and had gotten it after thinking we'll need it for later, it was $50 for what looks like a bunch of photo copied pages, long story short it's still in it's cling wrap.
