The millionaire, 22, and the wannabe pop star, 21, met at the Matrix Revolutions premiere on Sunday night.
Millsy was spied flirting with Hilton as fireworks exploded above them at the official Matrix party at the Sydney Opera House.
But it appears the pair slipped away early, moving on to a Paddington bar with fellow Idol Shannon Noll and Idol host Andrew G.
They left the party at 2.30am, hand in hand and heading for the Quay Grand Hotel in the city -- where the Matrix cast and crew were also staying overnight.
A topless Millsy and Paris in her pyjamas emerged on their balcony about 1pm yesterday and shared the kiss.
